PropStats Information

Overview Welcome to PropStats, an initiative of the Western Cape branch of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa. PropStats is offered exclusively to IEASA members at no charge. PropStats is an online sales database, specially designed for estate agents to use for compiling comparative market analysis. PropStats works on a contributor basis. Each participant captures details of its sales into the database and can in turn extract information from the pool that is built up. PropStats has been designed to be simple and easy to use. We offer free administrative membership to the administrator who caputres the agencies sales on to our database, ONCE the suspensive conditions have been met.
